Day 1 : Arrive New York
When you arrive at New York airport, if your flight is domestic flight please wait at the baggage claim area; If your flight is international flight please wait at the exit. Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA or EWR airport before 12:00pm will enjoy free transfer to Manhattan where they can take an optional Manhattan in-depth tour (Minimum 10 pax). Arrival JFK/LGA airport between 12:00pm -5:00pm have the option to tour the Flushing, Queens at their own leisure, we’ll provided free left-luggage, and our guests can visit nearby Queens Crossing, Macy’s Shopping Center. Guests arriving after 5:00pm will directly be transferred to hotel. Those arriving at EWR after 2:00pm at noon may transfer to the hotel (check-in after 3:00pm). Guests who arrive at JFK/LGA/EWR before 5:00 pm can join an optional Night Tour of the city. (Minimum 10 pax)

Day 4 : New York – Philadelphia – Washington DC (236 Miles)
Today, we will visit Philadelphia to take a Ancient Capital Ruins tour, which we will see Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Experience the unique history and beauty of Philadelphia from the top of a modern double-decker bus. Afterwards we will continue on to Washington, DC to take a Depth Tour.

Day 5 : Washinton DC – Hershey – Niagara Falls (481 Miles)
Today we will enter Hershey Town to visit Hershey’s Chocolate World , see the whole process of chocolate production. Then we will go to visit Corning Glass Museum. We will also go to visit the Watkins Glen (*Considering of the time/traffic/weather). After that, we’ll drive to Niagara Falls and have a chance to take the Colorful waterfall tour.

Day 6 : Niagara Falls – Boston (467 Miles)
Touching Niagara Fall by see the Niagara Falls IMAX movie(winter) or take the Maid of Mist (summer) and along Niagara wooden walkway. Afterwards, we will continue to Boston, you can enjoy Boston Lobster Meal on your own expenses.
Day 7 : Boston – Newyork – Depart
n the morning, we have a chance to take a Boston Campus Tour of Harvard University and MIT, views of Charles River. Then, we will optional to take a Boston City Tour to see the landmark like Boston Public Library, Trinity Church, Boston Common. Brings you a deep tour of walking to Boston Freedom Trail. And be able to take a Boston Harbor cruise to see views of the city from the water if you both select those two tours. After that, we will go back to New York.
In Boston, you are required to participate in at least one optional tour, either the “World-famous University Tour” or the “Boston City Tour”. If you select both optional tours, you will receive a complimentary admission ticket to “Boston Harbor Cruise”.

If the tour departure date is Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, the Boston drop-off service will not be available.

- Vehicle Equipment: Equipped with a seat belt, 5 million commercial insurance; drivers with more than 5 years of driving experience.
- Baggage regulations: 1 check-in or 2 carry-on baggage for each person.
- Scenic Spots Notes:
(1) Itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather. The sequence of the attractions might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
(2) In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.) tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
(3) This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Guests need to purchase admission tickets from tour guides. - Refund Remark:
(1) If the weather condition, war, general strikes and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserve the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
(2) If visitors cannot join the tour because of personal reason, the fee for hotels and transportation is not refundable.
Depart & Transfer Pickup
- Airport Meet and Greet: Free airport pick up in JFK/ LGA/ EWR is between 8:30am and 12:00am at midnight. Paid 24-hour airport transport service: $120 per first two persons with $10 for each additional person.
- If you arrive New York early, please meet guide in JFK/ LGA/ EWR or Chinatown. Pickup Time: 133-35 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 at 5PM; 321 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036 (Fuji- New York, NY ) at 6:00PM.
- Return Flight Arrangement:
If the departure date is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday, the Boston drop-off service is not available. For Tue, Fri, Sun departures, Customers could book flights depart from Boston Airport(BOS) after 1:30PM;
Or proceed to New York Airport, customers could book flights depart from JFK/LGA /EWR after 7PM or leave the tour at Flushing or Manhattan.
- Broading Time and Location
All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made. - Travel Insurance
Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent. - Luggage Restriction
Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag. - Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary – we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages. - Tour Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, Taketours’ only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
