General information on refunds for kiatravels.com products

Travel plans don’t always go according to plan. If you want to cancel an order, make sure you understand the order cancellation policy and if it can be cancelled, see how to cancel according to the product.

If you buy a tour, flight, attraction ticket or hotel ticket, you can request a cancellation and refund through KIA Tours & Travel Staff or Official Whatsapp +62 8953 3370 9737.

As for train tickets, you can only cancel and refund through PT. KAI directly.

Important Information:

• The supporting documents required refer to the reasons for cancellation.For example, if because of an airline cancellation, include proof of information about the cancellation or change from the airline. If you are sick, you can show a certificate from a doctor informing you that you cannot travel. If a guest or passenger dies, include a death certificate. Whether or not the application is accepted depends on the applicable airline, hotel, partner policies.

• If you make a partial payment with Blibli Tiket Points, the refund will be adjusted and Blibli Tiket Points will return to your account.
• If you use a promo or voucher and get a discount, the refund will be reduced by the use of a voucher or promo.
• Funds will be returned according to the payment method used when ordering with the respective conditions of the product you ordered.
