TERMS & CONDITIONS (T&C)
1. Above quotes are valid for this group only, excluding surcharge for special event dates / block off dates for hotels / public holidays coach surcharge / restaurant surcharges.
2. While we exercise every care to offer the most accurate quotes, it will be the end the end-suppliers’ decision whether or not to accept our booking according to THEIR T&C,
– Including those existing, updated, and newly imposed – as long as the bookings are NOT confirmed. This could mean additional blockout dates, extra service charges,
extra adhoc surcharge on weekends or on dates deemed as special events by suppliers. They include but not limited to: Hotels, Coaches, Restaurants, Attractions.
3. During individual hotel’s peak periods, special events, fairs, conferences and conventions, rooms held must follow individual hotel policy deposit or prepayment may be required.
(Subject to hotel/s room washed down policy, otherwise unused rooms will be charged to you accordingly by hotel)
4. This is only a quotation and No-Booking has been made for this enquiry. All components are subject to availability and possible rate changes at time of actual booking.
5. Package include all items specified in the above itinerary-costing and all meals are based on standard tour menu unless otherwise stated.
6. Package rates does NOT include airfare, airport taxes, additional beverages, services of local guide, bottled water, tipping and porterages – unless stated.
7. Calculation for Child : 2-12yrs Child Rate Applies.
8. Itinerary is deemed finalised with no-changes allowed within 7-Days of Arrival @ No-Refund for unused services once the tour commenced.
9. FULL payment to be received 30 working days in advance before group arrival in Australia (Kindly do not deduct or share any TT charges from our invoices)
10. Group cancellation fees of total rooms blocked : Less than 30 days up to 50% / Less than 14 days 75% / Less than 7 days 100% + any other cancellation fees incurred
