9. Sponsorships Letter: One Month Paycheck, Start Working
10. Hotel Confirmation
11. Ticket Reservations Print Out
12. Family Card (Kartu Keluarga) in English translated made by sworn translator
13. Marriage Certificate (Akta Nikah) in English Translated made by sworn translator
14. Birth Certificate (Akta Lahir) in English Translated made by sworn translator
15. Copy of old and new passport
16. Newest Photo with 3,5 x 4,5 size = 2 sheet, with white background, with good quality and clear proportional face
