• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 0-2 can join this activity free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Seniors aged 70+ should present a medical certificate before participating

• Please be advised that this activity does not pass through Kyoto on the return trip.
• Because Japanese law stipulates that the use time of the vehicle shall not exceed 10 hours, the tour guide will shorten the itinerary according to the actual situation of the day. Please be aware of this.
• We will send an email to guests between 20:00-21:00 the day before the trip to inform them of the guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check it in time. It may be in the trash! In the peak season, the email delivery time may be delayed, please understand! If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the latest email! If you have WeChat, you can actively add the tour guide account in the email.
• Due to the long journey, please understand if you encounter traffic jams. Our company will not bear any subsequent costs caused by delays due to traffic jams.
• During the peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be advanced or slightly delayed (the specific departure time is subject to the email notification one day before the trip). Please make preparations in advance.
• In order to ensure your smooth trip, please be sure to confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid temporary changes. If you fail to get on the bus due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Please understand.
• Because the one-day tour is a carpooling trip; please do not be late at the meeting point or attractions. You will not be waited for or refunded if you are late. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after being late.
• In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operating hours of attractions or show times without prior notice, or even cancel some projects and performances.
• This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, the staff has the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to make other arrangements. The specific situation will be subject to the actual situation on the day.
• The transportation, sightseeing and stay time involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of attractions in the itinerary based on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests, without reducing the number of attractions in the itinerary.
• Each guest can bring up to one piece of luggage for free. Please note it in the “Special Request” section when placing an order! If you do not inform us one day in advance and bring luggage temporarily, it will cause congestion in the carriage and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse you from boarding the bus and the fee will not be refunded. Sorry.
• We will arrange different car models according to the actual number of people traveling. Please note that we cannot specify the car model.
• During a group trip, you are not allowed to leave the group early or midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you and no fees will be refunded. Tourists are responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Please understand!
• The flowering period is mainly affected by weather factors. If the best viewing period has not been reached, the tour will be dispatched according to the normal schedule. Tourists who mind this please choose to place orders with caution.
• We will try our best to arrange seats, but since this trip is a carpool tour, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks. We will try our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. We hope to gain your understanding and tolerance. Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Pets are prohibited

Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds and changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; K.I.A will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
• No refunds or changes will be given to latecomers and no-shows, and to those who were denied service for refusing to follow the rules and regulations of the operator
• The activity will be cancelled if the number of participants do not meet the minimum number. A full refund will be issued
