Usage validity
- The voucher is valid for 90 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

Redemption Information
- Exchange Order Pickup: please present your passport and Klook voucher at the designated counter to collect your Exchange Order
- Pickup Point at Hong Kong International Airport (HKG): A13 Counter (08:00-21:00 GMT+8)
- After your arrival in Japan, in order to obtain your JR Pass, please present your Exchange Order and passport at any

- Exchange Orders are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please redeem your Exchange Order for JR Pass within this 90-day timeframe.
Activation Process
- When redeeming your JR Pass, please ensure to select an activation date within 30 days from redemption
- Once activated, the pass will be valid for 7, 14, or 21 consecutive days within one month
Seat Reservation Process
- Reservations can be made at the ticket office through rail staff
- Seat reservations are only available after you have redeemed your JR Pass
