Terms & Conditions
Cancellation policy
- 90% refunds will be issued for cancellation made at least 1 day before the selected participation date.
- Non-refundable for cancellation on the participation date, or made after redemption at stations.
- If a refund is required due to an error in the English name entered during the booking process, a full refund can be obtained. Please contact our customer service.
- If you already get your exchange order, please provide the torn pass once do cancellation.
Confirmation
- You’ll get confirmation within minutes. If you don’t see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
How to use
Usage validity
- The voucher is valid for 90後 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day
- If you book for more than 90 days in advance, your booking will not be instantly confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email and Exchange Order once your travel date is within 90 days to ensure that your Exchange Order does not expire.
